I just read
this article about progress in martial arts. It's a struggle sometimes for me to remember that each time I train, I add a LITTLE skill. It's encouraging to know that just because I don't "get" something fully this week, there's always next week. Or the next. Or the next. Or even next year. I recommend reading it!
